How does Return / Exchange/ Refund Policy Work?
- Currently customers have a feasibility of exchanging item only if the item is received is wrong or in damaged condition. For any such reason customer needs to send back the item back to our address and exchange the item asap with in 10 days of receiving the orders.
- To and fro courier charges for availing exchange option should be borne by customers. (if item is damaged, we will send new item with out any shipping charge.
- If the customer receives a damaged / broken product, in tht case they can opt for a replacement. For such claims, customers should notify Swarnakshi Store with a photograph of the broken item via mail or whatsap us within 3 days of receiving the product. Once we identify the problem we will either replace it or process for a refund based on the kind of issue. Product resending courier charges for availing refund or replacement should be beard by customers.
- Swarnakshi is not liable for any claims if customers do not dispatch the product back to us for any exchange or return within 10 days of order received.
- We do not accept the items and would not be entitled for exchange or return when the products received in the following conditions.
- The product in the box gets damaged while resending.
- Products exposed to wet conditions.
- Product which is not in its original condition.
- Product is damaged, altered, tampered etc
Currently No returns nor Exchange or Refund facility for Silver Jewellery. Item will be exchanged if found damaged.
