What are the delivery charges for orders?

Courier charges for all our orders of any volume in India is Rps. 100/- (courier 80 and payment gateway charges 20)

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time –   Metro cities – 2 – 4 working Days

Towns – 3 – 6 working Days

Villages – 4 – 7 working Days

International shipments – 5-11 Working days (International orders bookings one can place through WhatsApp). International shipments will be charged accordingly as per location and weight.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All transactions made online on our site are secured with 128 bit SSL encryption as per Industry standards.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

For silver Jewellery we provide GST invoice.

What are the conditions for Cash On Delivery (COD) ?


Cash on delivery service is for the convenience of customers to pay at home with out using online payment process which is not acceptable mode of payment for everyone. Irrespective of incurring huge expenses in COD, still we offer the service at nominal costs to customers.

  1. Cash on delivery service applicable to pincodes provided by Fedex and Delhivery services in India. Hence COD service is limited to select pin codes only.
  2. Cash on delivery will have mandatory courier charge of Rps. 100
  3. Each order placed through Cash on Delivery will go through a mandatory order re confirmation process, i.e. our representative will call u for re-confirmation of the order placed. Once the order is reconfirmed, we will be dispatching the courier.
  4. Dispatched orders if declined by receiver, there may be a possibility of not executing COD orders to that customer next time.
  5. If customer feels that the order value is different or the order received late, in that case they can call to our office and get it verified instantly when the delivery guys are at home or office.
  6. If customer has an urgency for delivery, kindly whatsap and intimate us. Pls follow our courier delivery time for better understanding. `
  7. If customer wants to cancel any placed order, immediately call us to 09581193795 or mail to swarnakshi.j@gmail.com and intimate the same with Order number mentioned with in 24 hours of order placed. After 24 hours order cannot be cancelled. Payment gateway charges apply for cancelled orders.

How does Return / Exchange/ Refund Policy Work?

  1. Currently customers have a feasibility of exchanging item from any reason specified
  2. Customer needs to send back the item back to our address and exchange the item asap with in 1 week of receiving the orders.
  3. To and fro courier charges for availing exchange option should be borne by customers.

If the customer receives a damaged / broken product, in that case they can opt for a replacement or full refund. For such claims, customers should notify Swarnakshi with a photograph of the broken item via mail or WhatsApp us within 1-2 days of receiving the product. Once we 

  1. identify the problem we will either replace it or process for a refund based on the kind of issue. Product resending courier charges for availing refund or replacement should be beard by customers.
  2. Swarnakshi is not liable for any claims if customers do not dispatch the product back to us for any exchange or return within 1 week of order delivered.
  3. We do not accept the items and would not be entitled for exchange or return when the products received in the following conditions.
  • The product in the box gets damaged while resending.
  • Products exposed to wet conditions.
  • Product which is not in its original condition.
  • Product is damaged, altered, tampered etc
