With our experience we see that customers are misusing the general Return policy by using the item and returning, hence we have completely removed the product return policy.
- Currently customers can only exchange the item/s if they feel if its not good or small or big or any other reason.
- Exchange should happen immediately with in 1-2 days of receiving the orders.
- Product resending courier charges for availing exchange option should be beard by customers.
- If the customer receives a damaged / broken product, in that case they can opt for a replacement or full refund. For such claims, customers should notify Swarnakshi with a photograph of the broken item via mail or whatsap us within 1-2 days of receiving the product.
Once we identify the problem we will either replace it or process for a refund based on the kind of issue.
- Product resending courier charges for availing refund or replacement should be beard by customers.
- 1% of orders may get cancelled since we havd sales at shop also and instant product update not possible in website
Swarnakshi is not liable for any claims if customers do not dispatch the product back to us for any exchange or return within 3 working days from delivery.
- We do not accept the items and would not be entitled for exchange or return when the products are in the following conditions.
- The product in the box gets damaged while resending.
- Products exposed to wet conditions.
- Product which is not in its original condition.
- Product is damaged, altered, tampered etc
